"Blue Sunrise Hotel" - AI Voice Agent

This is our 1st ever project where we created unique AI Voice Agent and customized it for specific role of receptionist answering the call by one of the customers. The AI Voice Agent made an amazing work by successfully executing the call on its own. After the call ends, all the crucial information about the customer is stored in a database that is easily read through Excel Spreadsheet where any staff member will be able to easily get the required information they need when the customer arrives at the hotel.

"Putni Svijet Travel Agency" - AI Voice Agent

This is our 2nd project where we created unique AI Voice Agent and customized it for specific role, answering the call by one of the customers. The AI Voice Agent is called "Ammar" and he is 1st ever Croatian AI Voice Agent that exists at the moment. He is able to detect emotion by the caller and perform accordingly to a given situation. After the call ends, all the crucial information about the customer is stored in a database that is easily read through Excel Spreadsheet or any other data base program where any staff member will be able to easily get the required information they need!

"Conversational Travel Assistant" - AI Chatbot Agent

This is our 1st project where we created unique AI Chatbot Agent and customized it for specific role to be a conversational travel assistant. The AI Chatbot Agent is capable of following up with questions, answering questions from the user as well as recommend certain places to the user and implementing upselling strategy. AI Chatbot Agent is also capable of recording user information after a certain amount of time. DISCLAIMER! Please note that this is a demo version and does not yet have all the features it is capable of performing.
